Streamers on Mixer are about to get a slew of new customization options and more creative control over their content. Mixer announced that it has partnered with Lightstream Studio in an effort to help make people’s streams look more professional without the need of technical wizardry.

Lightstream Studio is a free service that allows streamers to overlay graphics and text, set up alerts, or transition more smoothly between different windows on your browser. For alerts from services like StreamLabs, StreamJar; or Tipeeestream, users can link 3rd party accounts within their Lightstream settings.

As of right now, this new partnership will only be available to Mixer Partners & Mixer Pros in beta. The company then looks to roll it out to every Mixer member at a later date, but it was not specified when this would be other than “after the beta.” If you’re one of the few who can take advantage of it right away, you can enable it by going to your Mixer Manage Channel settings.

You can view more information at Golightstream.com/mixer. The service can be accessed and managed on any supported browser on PC, Mac, or tablets.
