Interested in picking up HP’s high-flying Elite x3 this holiday? Microsoft has the HP Elite x3 bundle on sale in the Windows Store for only $999. For that price you can pick up the HP Elite x3 itself, HP’s LapDock accessory which allows you to use the device like a laptop, the Desk Dock accessory which converts the device into a desktop, and a free case and screen protector.

The conceit of the Elite x3 is that it is a do it all device. It is built off of Microsoft’s Windows 10 Mobile ecosystem and uses the power of continuum to be able to be a phablet, a laptop and  a desktop device. As a standalone device, it features a large 5.9 inch WQHD AMOLED display with a Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, a generous 64 GB of storage.

The HP Elite x3 is one of the most powerful Windows phones right now, and for Windows mobile aficionados who you want to use Continuum primarily, it is your best bet for a productive do it all device. While it doesn’t have the consumer attractiveness a device like the iPhone or idol Pro 4S for Windows does, it still is a really nifty device.
