Till now, the Microsoft Update Catalog website worked only on Internet Explorer browser because of its ActiveX requirement. Now, Microsoft has removed the ActiveX control requirement that kept the site from being used by browsers other than Internet Explorer. IT administrators using Microsoft Edge (or other browsers) can now use the site for downloading available Windows updates.

You can try the updated site here.
