Microsoft is going to replace the Meetings app in Teams with the new Calendar app this month. This new Calendar app will have all the features that were available in Meetings app, in addition it will have several new features.

You will be able to enjoy three new calendar views: Day, Work week and Week view (default). You can go back or forward in time to see any past or future meeting. You can also take actions including Join, RSVP, Edit, and Cancel from the right click menu.

Meetings on the calendar will light up to indicate when someone joins it online. Teams will now respect your current exchange setting for working hours and working days of the week. Finally, you can also schedule events without adding any attendees in the scheduling form.

Let us know if you had a chance to try out this new Calendar experience.
