Microsoft started Scroogled campaign last year to educate consumers about how Google crosses the privacy line to target and deliver ads. They scan your email content to deliver ads related to it. For example, if you and your doctor are exchanging some information about the problem you have, Google will deliver ads on the problem you had. Recently, they have stepped up their efforts to deliver ads to consumers in a more direct way. They will send ad emails to your Inbox.
