Microsoft reveals its new and updated PC accessories for Windows 10

Microsoft has just revealed its new and updated PC accessories for Windows 10 — focused on taking advantage of the latest Windows 10 features such as Cortana and Virtual Desktops. The company has revealed the Wireless Desktop 900 which features a keyboard and modern and simplistic quiet touch keys. The Wireless Desktop 900 keyboard features one-click shortcuts for Cortana, OneNote, and virtual desktops. Interestingly enough, the Wireless Desktop 900 comes with AES encryption which offers secure wireless connectivity.

Alongside the Wireless Desktop 900, Microsoft has also revealed the Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 which comes with Bluetooth 4.0 smart technology, a 4-way scroll wheel for navigating up, down, left and right. Microsoft states that the mouse features a comfortable design as well — as you can see in the image below:

Microsoft is also updating some of its popular desktop sets which will include AES encryption and some improvements to bring Windows 10 functionalities:

  • Sculpt Comfort Desktop – Now available at the Microsoft Store for $79.95 (U.S.).
  • Wireless Desktop 850 and Keyboard 850: (formerly the 800) – The Wireless Desktop 850 will be available at the Microsoft Store on September 23rd for $39.95 (U.S.) and the Wireless Keyboard 850 will be available at the Microsoft Store on September 23rd for $24.95 (U.S.).
  • Wireless Desktop 3050 (formerly the 3000) – Will be available at the Microsoft Store on October 7th for $59.95 (U.S.).
  • Wireless Comfort Desktop 5050 (formerly the 5000) – Will be available at the Microsoft Store on October 7th for $69.95 (U.S.)

Microsoft stated that the Wireless Desktop 900 will be available at the Microsoft Store starting October 1st for $49.95 and the Wireless Mouse 900 will be available (separately) for only $29.95, while the Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 will be available at the Microsoft Store starting October 8th for 29.95.
