Microsoft today released Windows Terminal 1.9 preview with a new feature called Quake Mode. This new Quake Mode feature will allow you to quickly open a new terminal window from anywhere in Windows using a simple keyboard shortcut. Windows Terminal now has a new settings UI which makes editing settings much easier by not having to edit a JSON file.
