Microsoft Releases 50th Anniversary Windows 11 Wallpapers and Edge Browser Theme – Download Now

On completion of 50 years, Microsoft not only held a special event focused on Copilot but also released new Windows wallpapers and a Microsoft Edge browser theme for users and the Windows community to make them part of the journey and celebrate.

According to Microsoft’s blog post, fifty years ago, Bill and Paul started Microsoft. The first product Microsoft built was the Basic interpreter for the Altair; now we have Windows, especially Windows 11, GitHub, Xbox, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, the Outlook app, Visual Studio, and LinkedIn. Copilot, these are used by billions of users around the world, if not more.

To celebrate, Microsoft has released a new dynamic background for Xbox consoles, exclusive Xbox badges, Teams backgrounds, “Windows 50th anniversary” wallpapers (light and dark mode), and a “Microsoft 50th anniversary celebration” theme for the Edge add-ons store. You can find all of them here.
