Microsoft promotes Xbox's Mike Ybarra and Kareem Choudhry as CVPs

Microsoft is promoting two of the key members at Xbox as Corporate Vice Presidents. Firstly, the company is promoting Mike Ybarra, who was previously the Xbox platform chief, and he is also the Partner Director of Program Management at Xbox. Today, Ybarra updated his LinkedIn profile to announce his new position at the company. Ybarra has also confirmed his new position at Microsoft on Twitter. 

In addition to Mike Ybarra, Microsoft has also reportedly promoted Kareem Choudhry, who was previously the director of engineering at Xbox. Choudhry was also head of Kinect development at Microsoft in the past.

Microsoft is yet to officially announce both Choudhry and Ybarra’s new positions at the company, but Ybarra has already confirmed his new position. Choudhry, on the other hand, is yet to officially announce his new position at Redmond.
