Microsoft posts Font Maker tutorial video

Microsoft recently released a new app into the Microsoft Store which lets users create their own custom font.

The app was meant to be available for all users on the Fall Creators Update and above, but at the time was not available to download.

A few weeks ago, however, the app became available to download to any Windows 10 users who have a touch device with pen support.

Microsoft has now also posted a short tutorial video to demonstrate the app in action.

To create your font you need to:

  • Write the letters and symbols
  • Write sentences
  • Set the space between letters and words
  • Set the font size
