Microsoft Paint Cocreator

The much-awaited Paint Cocreator feature is now rolling out to Windows Insiders under preview label. Microsoft will roll out this feature to general consumers in the coming weeks.

Using the new Paint Cocreator feature, you can just use a text prompt, select a style and generate a unique image using the power of Dall-E generative AI. You can then edit the generated image using Paint’s editing tools based on your preference.

At launch, the Paint Cocreator Preview feature will be available in the U.S., Canada, Germany, France, Australia, U.K. and Italy. Microsoft will expand this feature to other regions in the coming weeks.

During the preview phase, there will be some limitations. Paint Cocreator will work only with English prompts for now. Also, only 250 credits will be available for initial use of Paint Cocreator. One credit will be deducted for each use. Microsoft may change this credit system once preview is complete. Microsoft may offer more credits for Microsoft 365 subscription users in the coming months.
