It seems there are those who are still hoping against hope that Windows Phone 7.8 will contain more than just the Windows Phone 8 start screen.

Microsoft has now created a special page stating what is coming to Windows Phone 7.8, and it includes the features they revealed before i.e. the new start menu, new 3rd party apps and for Nokia handsets some new exclusive apps.
