Microsoft recently introduced the Share Your Idea project for the HoloLens. The project is pretty self-explanatory — Microsoft is allowing its fans to submit their app ideas for the HoloLens, which the company could be building for the HoloLens. Today, the company announced that it’s building a holographic development team which will be creating the winning the idea of the Share Your Idea project. Here is  the line-up of the dev team:

  • 3 Developers
  • 2 Artists
  • 1 Designer
  • Some additional help from an audio designer

Microsoft is giving only “a few weeks” to build the winning idea, the company states:

We’re only giving this team a few weeks to build your idea. Naturally, the idea we select will be something our team of 6 people can build in the time allotted. You’ll start seeing us comment on ideas to explain whether they’re too ambitious for the team and time we have. Look out for us. And we’re also answering developer questions sent to @HoloLens.

The Share Your Idea project is, indeed, pretty interesting. As of writing this article, there are more than 2000 ideas on the Share Your Idea project page, which isn’t too bad. If you submitted your own idea for the HoloLens, don’t forget it to share it with us in the comment section below.
