Microsoft explains how to work the new Cortana movies and trailers feature

Microsoft recently added movie recommendations to Cortana, and in a blog post the Bing team explained how it works.
Firstly, to enable to feature you have to be in USA, select ‘showtimes+trailers’ as an interest in Cortana’s notebook, and engage in regular searching for movies using Cortana.
She will then start offering you movie recommendations playing near you based on your inferred tastes between Thursday and Sunday, and will also allow you to make bookings for movies using Fandango.
The Cortana team notes the more you engage with Cortana on these recommendations, the better the movie suggestions get over time.

Cortana will also spontaneously offer a list of movie trailers in genres that you like, giving you a taste of upcoming films to see or discuss with your friends.
