Microsoft CVP Zig Serafin has left the company and he has now become the COO of Qualtrics. Qualtrics software enables users to do many kinds of online data collection and analysis including market research, customer satisfaction and loyalty, product and concept testing, employee evaluations and more.

During his 17-year employment at Microsoft, Zig Serafin lead different teams. According to his LinkedIn page, he was involved in Xbox Live, Windows Azure, Office 365, Bing information platform and Cortana after 2009. He was leading the Skype/Lync group for about 10 years till 2009.
