Microsoft introduced its Bookings service back in July for Office 365 Business Premium users. Microsoft Bookings essentially allows businesses to provide a better booking experience to their customers, and a universal way of managing all the appointments, and much more. The software giant recently released an official app for Microsoft Bookings on iOS, but it is yet to arrive for Android smartphones. Nevertheless, if you are a Microsoft Bookings user, you might be glad to know that the service now natively integrates with Facebook Pages.
This is quite huge if your business has a Facebook Page as it allows users to book an appointment right from the Facebook app on their phone. When a customer visits your Facebook Page, they will be able to see a “Book Now” button and clicking on it will allow them to book an appointment. Users can select the service they want to book, select a staff if they want, and set the time for the appointment, too. Once the user books an appointment, you will be able to view the appointment on the Bookings dashboard which is very neat.
Microsoft Bookings is not available to all Office 365 Business Premium users yet, though. Users in the United States and Canada can only access the service for now, but Microsoft says it will be available worldwide next month.
