Yesterday Microsoft organized a huge internal meeting with over 30k employees gathering in a single place. CEO Steve Ballmer addressed the crowd and he announced that every Microsoft employee will get a Windows Phone 8 devices, a Windows RT Surface tablet and a refresh for their work desktop and laptop with Windows 8.  More than just considering it as an employee giveaway, its a great marketing idea. 90,000 strong employees should be able to spread their words about these amazing products as they use everyday.
