Microsoft today announced that they are making it easier for users to purchase apps on Windows Store. We already know that carrier billing is supported in Windows Phone platform. Today, Microsoft is announcing that carrier billing support to all Windows devices including Windows PCs and Windows tablets. Over 90 carriers across the world will support carrier billing on all Windows devices.
