Sony has revealed May’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup. Starting May 6, members can download and play Ark: Survival Ascended, Balatro, and Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun. The games will be available until June 2.

In Ark: Survival Ascended (PS5), players find themselves on a mysterious island full of dinosaurs and danger. You can team up with others, tame and breed creatures, and survive by crafting, building, and exploring. The game features upgraded visuals using Unreal Engine 5 and supports online play for up to 70 players, private sessions for up to 8, and split-screen for 2.

Balatro (PS5, PS4) offers a unique twist on poker. It’s a roguelike deck-builder where you create poker hands and combine them with powerful joker cards. The goal is to build strong combos, beat tough rounds, and unlock new decks and bonus hands as you go.

Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun (PS5, PS4) takes players back to the glory days of 90s shooters. You play as a Space Marine on a mission to destroy Chaos enemies. The game blends retro visuals with intense, fast-paced shooting action.

Each of the three titles features some combination of survival, strategy, and shooting, which is making for an exciting May for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
