Microsoft today opened up the tap on the Lumia Cyan update for Windows Phone 8.1 Developer Preview devices, allowing more than 100 Device/Carrier combinations to get the software.

Now Greg Sullivan has also revealed that the update will be coming to all Developer Preview devices within 3 weeks, meaning even if you have not been included in the latest push you will not have long to wait.
