Similar to most firmware updates, the new firmware update for the Lumia 650 isn’t available for all devices right now and Microsoft is rolling them out. Therefore, the update may not be available for your own Lumia 650 right now and it may take a while to arrive for your Lumia 650 as it depends on your region and carrier.

According to reports, the latest firmware update is version 01078.00042.16352.50011 and it’s available via the Windows Device Recovery Tool.
