LG E906 gets WIFI certification, runs Mango

Via Nanapho.jp we learn of an LG is planning a new LG Optimus handset running Windows Phone 7 Mango, the LG E906.

The device received WIFI certification in May this year, and its browser user agent at LG shows it to be running IE9, confirming a Mango handset. It is also another device that made a brief appearance on Occasional Gamer’s list here.

It also made an appearance at the Bluetooth SIG, where is is revealed as a 3G phone with pretty much world-wide distribution. At the moment no more details are available, but I am sure we will find out more soon enough.
