We heard recently via the Verge that the HTC 8X will also come with wireless charging on the Verizon network.

Now via leaked internal Verizon documentation this has been confirmed, with the text saying":

Wireless charger is built-in so you can charge your phone wirelessly with a wireless charging pad (sold separately).

It is likely the device will support the Qi charging standard as other devices on Verizon has done, which will be good news for creating an ecosystem of wireless chargers on Windows Phone.

Earlier leaks have suggested the HTC 8X will not have it svelte form-factor compromised by the addition of wireless charging, making the technology a great plus for those interested.
