The brain child of Finnish racing enthusiasts/techies, RaceChrono is an application which takes advantage of the GPS and accelerometer features of today’s advanced smartphones to measure lap times and other car performance data.

Previously only on the Nokia S60 platform the software is set to come to Windows Mobile in a few months.

You can get in line to be the first to test it by joining the beta group.  Do this  by sending an email to beta(at)racechrono.com, with subject “Windows Mobile Beta”, and details of your phone (brand, model, screen resolution, touch screen/no touch, gps/no gps, windows mobile version).
