Square Enix’s Just Cause 4 has already been added to Xbox Game Pass.

Three months after its official launch and Just Cause 4 is already in Xbox’s fantastic subscription service.

With 2018’s Shadow of the Tomb Raider also available to play through Game Pass, are Square Enix’s games doing well? To be discounted this close to launch is one thing, but to be included in Game Pass? Well, that somehow seems worse.

For Game Pass subscribers, this is a fantastic opportunity. When we reviewed Just Cause 4, we thought it was an amazing sandbox game. Its main missions may be a bit on the naff side, but it gives you the tools for unlimited fun.

With Xbox Game Pass allegedly causing higher retention rates and game sales in players, maybe this is a good move for Square. If players get attached to Just Cause 4 and Shadow of the Tomb Raider, maybe they’ll see a spike in sales.

Xbox Game Pass is available for just £7.99 or $9.99 a month. It’s a hell of a deal, but are you using it?
