Indian Android OEM Karbonn A6 Rips Off HTC 8S And Windows Phone Design

Indian OEM Karbonn has released a new Android device called A6 which looks like a direct rip off from HTC 8S Windows Phone 8 device. Apart from the device, they are even copying Windows Phone Start Screen design.
You can notice the above things from their commercial above. I’m not sure whether they have developed a custom start screen launcher inspired from Windows Phone in Android or they are using it just for promotions.
Anyway, HTC and Windows Phone design teams may feel flattered by this news, but Karbonn is selling lots of mid-range Android devices like these in India and they are now in contending for top 5 smartphone makers in India. I guess, Microsoft and HTC legal teams should act on this issue.
