PDa.pl has put published their review of HTC’s low range Touch Series smartphone, the HTC Touch Viva. The video is in Polish, but does show the software packaged with the smartphone clearly.

The smartphone is a clear homage to the very successful original HTC Touch, but features the updated software package of TouchFlo2D and the Opera Mobile 9.5 browser.

While the device does appear rather slick software-wise, I think HTC missed a rather big opportunity by not including a 3.5mm headphone jack in the device, which, coupled with the improved media player and Youtube client, would have made the device an extremely competitive entertainment device.
