HTC today launched a new website to cater its developer needs. HTC, the maker of Windows Phones and Android devices has launched the new site htcdev.com which provides developers with resources, guides for developing for HTC devices. The site has more to do with Android platform than Windows Phone platform as Windows Phone offers very less customization option to OEM’s. Windows Phone page on the new site just provides links to Microsoft’s developer content, while Android page has options to access Opensense SDK, unlocking boot loader, access to Kernel source code,etc,. Anyway, its good to see HTC focusing on the platform rather than just the hardware.
