Jaxbot from WindowsPhoneHacket uploaded this video demonstrating the homebrew app Lock Screen Widgets 2.

The app allows those with fully unlocked and rooted Windows Phones to add widgets such as SMS messages, battery gauges and the weather to their lock screen and also support using the Bing wallpaper as your lock screen picture.
