You can grab the beloved survival horror Dead Space for free right now on PC through Origin. EA is offering the game for free as part of its On the House program.
Once you download the game, it’s yours to keep forever. This isn’t just a trial either, it’s the full game. You can add it to your game library here. It’s unclear when this offer will end, though EA does say to check back often because the offers change frequently.
Dead Space was developed by Visceral Games, which EA recently shut down a few months ago. The survival horror became a great success, though the company could not quite recapture its popularity with Dead Space 3. The original Dead Space follows systems engineer Isaac Clarke aboard a derelict spaceship in the 26th century. While searching for the ship’s crew members, Clarke encounters frightening necromorphs and other monsters.
EA is hosting a publisher sale through Origin that lasts until March 6. You can save up to 75% on select games.
