Microsoft is currently offering 1-month of Xbox Game Pass for just $1 until May 8. If you haven’t had the opportunity to try the service out yet or already used up the 14-day free trial playing Sea of Thieves in March, this’ll be a great way to pick it up again and jump into State of Decay 2 later next month.

Along with State of Decay 2 next month, Xbox Game Pass is getting seven other games in May including Homefront: The Revolution and Overcooked. You can view the games being added to the catalogue next month here. There’s still no word on when The Master Chief Collection will come to the service after it was teased in promotional material, but the team at Xbox has stated that games can be added at any point, so just because it wasn’t in May’s announcement doesn’t mean it can’t come at some point next month.

Once your month is up, the cost will revert back to $9.99 a month, so you’ll need to cancel the service before it auto renews if you aren’t interested in it.

Xbox Game Pass is a monthly subscription service that gives players access to a rotating catalogue of over 100 digital games, including titles on Xbox One and Xbox 360. In addition to downloading the games directly to your console for the best experience, you will also receive discounts on certain games and related add-ons. Xbox Game Pass costs $9.99 a month, but you can start a 14-day free trial today.
