Google Chrome

Google has been working hard to fight with other companies for the browser market. While the company sits on the top with no clear contender in sight, Google Chrome still lacks a couple of features which are available on other browsers.

According to a tip we received, Google has added tab hover cards to Chrome in the latest Canary update. The tab hover cards will give a sneak peek of the website opened in another tab without switching to the tab. The feature currently doesn’t work perfectly but it’s not a new feature. Microsoft has already implemented it into Edge and before that, both Opera and Mozilla Firefox added the feature to their respective browsers.

While the feature is definitely not new, it’s good to see Google working on improving Chrome to stay ahead of the competition. The feature is expected to roll out with the upcoming update which is scheduled to release some time in late March or early April.

Thanks for the tip, Leo!
