Samsung just released their new Note 9 phablet, and while externally it does not look much different it does offer a significant upgrade in a number of areas, such that many Note 8 users must be tempted to do an early upgrade.

It is, however, true that despite releasing the Note 9, Samsung has already been hard at work on the next generation of the device, the Note 10, and today reliable Samsung leaker Ice Universe have revealed the code name of the new handset.

Codenamed Da Vinci, the Note 10 will, of course, feature updated internals, but is also likely to have a long-awaited in-display fingerprint reader which is already rumoured to be heading to the Samsung Galaxy S10. Hopefully, like in the concept image above, Samsung will also be able to get rid of the forehead and chin of the device and finally give us the notch-less full-bleed device we have all been dreaming of.
