Bungie has announced that Destiny 2 is getting a free trial on Xbox One and PC starting tomorrow. Players can experience both the story campaign missions and the game’s multiplayer arena.

The developer did not announce how long this free trial will be available for, but progress will carry over should you choose to purchase the full game afterward. As with most free trials, you’ll likely need an active Xbox Live Gold membership to take advantage of this offer. You can also download it on PC through Blizzard’s Battle.net service.

Destiny 2 is currently on sale for $38.99 through the Microsoft Store. While this sale is only lasting throughout the rest of the day as part of Xbox’s Black Friday deals, you may have another opportunity to pick it up on sale closer to Christmas. Destiny 2 rectified many of the mistakes from the first game to the delight of some players, however Bungie caught their wrath once more when people found out that the experience system was being throttled, leading to slower XP gains.

The free trial period will begin on November 28. Destiny 2 is set to receive Xbox One X enhancements for 4K HDR gaming and already has stunning visuals running on PC.
