Dell announces updated Alienware Aurora and Area 51 PCs with next gen NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPUs

alienware-auroraAt Gamescom 2018 today, Dell today announced the updated Alienware Aurora and Area 51 desktop PCs with next gen NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPUs

The Alienware Aurora will be available with the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, 2080 and 2080 Ti GPUs which was announced just an hour back at Gamescom. Aurora mid-tower desktop is targeted for gamers who need significant performance and upgradability. It comes with a total 600W (2x 300W) of dedicated desktop graphics and an additional 120W of dedicated power for custom CPU overclocking with liquid cooling. Gamers can use it for VR, 4K gaming and it even supports up to 12K gaming with its highest-end graphics options.

Dell also announced the updated Alienware’s flagship gaming desktop, the Area-51. The new model will be coming with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, 2080 and 2080 Ti GPUs. You can also configure it with up to 18-core Intel processor.

Alienware Aurora and Alienware Area 51 with NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPUs will be available for pre-order on Dell.com in early September.
