With a new generation of Windows Phones coming, retailers are cutting prices of x3x handsets to the bone.
Currently BestBuy is selling the Lumia 635 for only $39.99 commitment-free.
The handset is likely however locked to Virgin Mobile, but does not require the purchase of any extra airtime or credit to get the great deal.
The Lumia 635 is a relatively basic windows phone 8.1 handset, featuring a 4.5 inch WVGA screen, 5 megapixel camera, Snapdragon 400 processor, 512 MB RAM and 8 GB storage, but with LTE makes great value for money.
