The previous addition to OneNote for Office Insiders provided a new dialogue box which makes it easier for you to set your notebook up with your desired layout and preferences.

As we’ve been informed in a tip by Jakub Reznícek, the latest update on the Experimental version includes a refreshed overall design.

In this update, the Fluent Menu has been reverted back to the old menu.  On top of this, you can now co-ordinate the colour scheme of your OneNote app with the rest of your Windows device.  Just select “Use my Windows Mode” under the Options menu.  You also have the option to choose Light or Dark mode separately.

Chrome users have had to resort to other measures to adjust the theme to their liking, so hopefully, Google will follow Microsoft’s example and adopt this option for their browser.
