Apple today announced a new iPod touch. Yes, Apple is still iPods! The new iPod touch is powered by A10 Fusion chip which was introduced along with iPhone 7. I don’t understand why Apple has decided to pack this new product with such an old processor. With support for A10, the iPod touch will support Group Facetime, ARKit experience and more.
The updated iPod touch will cost $199 for the 32GB model, $299 for the 128GB model and $399 for the 256GB model. And it will be available in space gray, white, gold, blue, pink and (PRODUCT)RED.
The new iPod touch is now available for order in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the UAE, UK and US. on apple.com and in the Apple Store app starting today. It will be coming Apple stores later this week.
