Dolby Access for Windows 10 is an audio customization app, which has options including Dolby Atmos presets for Movie, Music and Voice and a 10 frequency graphics equalizer, meant to improve the quality of sounds.

An improved version of the Dolby Access app is now available for everyone running Windows 10 May 2019 Update(1903). The company was testing it with 19H1 Insiders. The new improved version that is Version 3.0.3283 will only be available to users running the latest version of Windows 10.

The Version 3.0.3283 of Dolby Access app includes the following changes:

  • Customize audio based on content and personal preference
  • Updated user interface and simplified setup flow
  • Dolby Atmos for Headphones is now enabled on laptops purchased with Dolby Atmos
  • Various bug-fixes and changes to improve reliability

Those who are running Windows 10 October 2018 Update or earlier will still be able to use the Dolby access app, but won’t receive the latest update. You can download the Dolby Access app from the below link.
