Following the launch of Ryzen 7 which is designed for the most demanding power users, and the Ryzen 5 which is designed for the needs of serious Prosumers, AMD today released Ryzen 3 desktop processor lineup targeting mainstream users. With this launch, AMD now has complete processor lineup across the entire PC market at virtually every price point. The new AMD Ryzen 3 1300X and AMD Ryzen 3 1200 CPUs come equipped with true quad-core unlocked for improved performance for gaming and computing.

Ryzen 3 1300X delivers a base clock of 3.5 GHz, a precision boost of 3.7GHz, and can even clock as high as 3.9 GHz with XFR in the presence of premium cooling while the Ryzen 3 1200 maintains a base clock of 3.1 GHz and a precision boost of 3.4 GHz. Also, every Ryzen 3 processor is AMD VR Ready.
