According to an investor note released by reliable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is planning to release new iPhone models in second half of 2019 and they will feature same screen sizes as the current lineup. So, we’ll have 6.5-inch iPhone XS Max successor, 5.8-inch iPhone XS successor, and 6.1-inch iPhone XR successor. As we saw in the rumors recently, Kuo confirmed that all three iPhone models will come with Lightning port instead of USB-C.

Also, the 2019 iPhone models will come with ultra-wide band connectivity for improved indoor positioning and navigation. Instead of regular glass back, Apple will be using frosted glass casing for new iPhone models.

Apple is also stealing a key feature from Samsung and Huawei. These upcoming iPhone models will support wireless charging of other devices. So, you will be able to charge your AirPods using your iPhone. Kuo also mentioned that premium models may feature triple camera setup on the back and upgraded Face ID on the front.
