Sony launches Xperia XZ2 Premium with dual camera and 4K HDR Movie recording

Sony today launched a new device for their Xperia lineup. Called the XZ2 Premium, it’s Sony’s first device with Dual Camara and 4K HDR Movie recording. Apart from this the phone also features a 4K HDR screen, Snapdragon 845 SoC, and 6 GB RAM.
The phone has a 5.8” display with a resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels in 16:9 ratio. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and the fingerprint is in the center of the back panel, positioned right under the dual camera. Sony has put a 19 MP and 12 MP camera on the back to capture better in low light conditions. On the front is a 13 MP camera with 1/3.06” Exmor RS sensor.
Xperia XZ2 comes with a 3,540 mAh battery and Quick Charge 2.0. The device also has support for Qi wireless charging and but lacks a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The device will make it to the market sometime this summer and will run Android Oreo. Sony hasn’t shared details on the final pricing of the device yet.
