Microsoft is pushing out an update to their mapping data supplied by the HERE mapping company.
The data which us available for off-line use, comes without a changelog, but presumably brings road updates and accuracy improvements.
To update your downloaded maps go to Settings > Systems > Offline maps and click on Check Now at the bottom of the page.
