Asus announces ZenBook Flip 14, world’s thinnest 2-in-1 laptop with discrete graphics

At IFA 2017 press event, Asus today revealed ZenBook Flip 14 (UX461), the world’s thinnest 2-in-1 laptop with discrete graphics card. ZenBook Flip 14 is just 13.9mm thick and weighs just 1.4kg. It comes with a 360°-rotatable NanoEdge Full HD display touchscreen with ASUS Pen support.

ZenBook Flip 14 is powered by the 8th Generation Intel Core i7 quad-core processor, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce MX150 graphics, a 512GB PCIe x4 SSD, and a Harman Kardon audio system. Asus claims that this device will offer up to 13 hours of battery life. A fingerprint sensor is available for Windows Hello authentication. ZenBook Flip 14 will be available in two stylish colors: Icicle Gold and Slate Grey.

Asus today also announced updated ZenBook Flip 15 (UX561) 2-in-1 laptop that comes with a 360°-rotatable 15.6-inch display. It is powered by 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor, up to 16GB 2400MHz DDR4 RAM, NVIDIA GTX1050 graphics, up to a 2TB HDD and 512GB SSD. On the connectivity front, it comes with USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 3 to support various accessories. Users can choose from NanoEdge 4K UHD or Full HD touchscreen display and both of them will have precision-stylus support.  ZenBook Flip 15 will be available in two stylish colors: Icicle Gold and Slate Grey.
