You read that title right – Bandai Namco have partnered with the American Red Cross in order to allow select Code Vein enthusiasts to donate their blood in exchange for a copy of Code Vein.
Sadly, this means that you can’t just walk into your nearest video game store and slap down a vial of your life juice in exchange for a copy of the game. If only it were that easy.
On the bright side, however, the blood that’s being donated officially will go to a good cause, and all participants get a free video game out of it.
Code Vein is an upcoming action RPG from Bandai Namco that’s set in a post-apocalyptic dystopian land known as Vein. Vein is positively oozing with vampire themes, making the blood drive all the more thematic.
The Lost aren't the only ones who need your blood! On September 27th, celebrate the #CODEVEIN launch by donating blood to those in need.

As of the time of publishing, online registration for the blood drive is fully booked. However, there’s always a chance that someone might have to back out, so keep an eye out if you’re interested!
