Wired Italy scores the LG Optimus 7 as its No. 1 top 100 smartphone

Here is one for neglected LG Windows Phone 7 fans. Wired Italy has scored the LG Optimus 7 as their best smartphone in their list of 100 top smartphones. The handset, which at 399 Euro was lauded for great value for money and for its integration with Xbox Live, scored 9.2 in their review, and bests competitors like the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S with lower scores.

Italy is one of the countries with the greatest penetration of smartphones in Europe, and is also a place where Windows Mobile has been quite popular. It is heartening to see this extend to a degree also to Windows Phone 7.
