Anandtech have published this video from CES showing the expected performance improvements, and on the Samsung Taylor hardware, which is slower than the shipped devices, it is clearly very significant.
Unfortunately it is not clear if this will improve the times apps take to return from being suspended, which for popping in and out of apps like twitter may be much more needed.
