I know some developers may get angry or irritated when they come to know news on Homebrew, especially regarding to XAP files. But this homebrew work by Erwin Reid does not support piracy.

This desktop application allows you to search Windows Phone 7 marketplace applications and allow you to deploy to your developer unlocked phones. More importantly, you can download only free applications(not trials/paid/device branded applications).
