Some-one must have lit a serious fire under the Windows Mobile Dev team, as the progress from one Windows Mobile 6.5 build to the other seems pretty astounding.

The latest build, 23037 finally brings easy to re-arrange icons to the start menu, unlike the clunky “Move to top”  menu that popped up previously when you tapped and held a icon.  The animation also appears pretty nice also.

With a rate of progress like this all I can say is Keep it up Microsoft.
