Microsoft has released Windows 11 KB5028245 (Build 22000.2243) to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview Channel. 

Although it doesn’t bear a new feature, the Redmond-based tech giant brings a wide range of improvements and fixes to enhance the overall performance and stability of the operating system.

Support for GB18030-2022 conformance level 2 in the Handwriting Software Input Panel (SIP), the Handwriting Engine, and the Handwriting Embedded Inking Control. This ensures that they meet the level 3 requirements and provide an improved user experience for users in China.

Resolution of an issue where Win32 and Universal Windows Platform (UWP) apps would unexpectedly close when devices enter Modern Standby. This issue specifically occurs when certain Bluetooth Phone Link features are enabled. 

Improvements to the reliability of the Windows Push Notification Services (WNS) by enhancing the connection between the client and the WNS server. This should result in fewer notifications being dropped or delayed.

Speaking of the channel though, we’re also seeing another update, KB5028254, being released for Windows 11 users. Those is the Beta channel are also getting the KB5028247 update with the new Gallery view on File Explorer.
